Whilst travelling from Den Haag  to Bruxelles with my new Fujifilm X camera, I was inspired to step outside my comfort zones of natural & musical photography to capture a series of images through the train window. Little did I realise at the time that, when reordered and presented between rails that are also reminiscent of a film strip, the series would come to represent much more than a train journey...
